Did you know that almost 40% of LGBTQIA+ people in Europe hide their identity at work – for fear of disadvantages? That discrimination in everyday life is still a reality for many?
This is not a marginal issue. It affects colleagues, friends, maybe even yourself – without you even knowing it.
What does this have to do with you? Everything.
Because a working environment in which people have to pretend is not a strong team. Not a good idea. And certainly not a place where innovation happens.
