Why do we still need Pride Month<\/a>?\u201d<\/strong>
A question you often hear. And maybe you’ve asked yourself it too. After all, we live in an open society, don’t we? At LTS, we say: Not quite. Not yet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facts that shake us up<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you know that almost 40% of LGBTQIA+<\/a> people in Europe hide their identity at work<\/strong> – for fear of disadvantages? That discrimination in everyday life is still a reality for many?
This is not a marginal issue. It affects colleagues, friends, maybe even yourself – without you even knowing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does this have to do with you? Everything.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because a working environment in which people have to pretend is not a strong team. Not a good idea. And certainly not a place where innovation happens.
At LTS, we say: No more.<\/strong> We stand for openness, respect and fairness – not just on paper, but in everyday life. For everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is simply common sense and it is also fact that teams work better when everyone can contribute – without fear, without masks.

Pride Month is an opportunity to take a look. But our commitment doesn’t end at the end of the month. We mean it seriously. And we take action.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
